Sourcing Materials

Before work starts we will discuss the best materials to use and what is in your budget.

I will have you order your materials via links for online purchase or I can take you to purchase the materials locally if available.

I will let you know an estimate of time needed to accomplish your project and we can make a plan and schedule for the hours or days needed.

Pay as you go

Payment is due at the end of each day. For larger projects a deposit may be used to start work and remainder would be due at the end of the completed project.

Cash is preferred.

My consultations and help sourcing materials are free to my clients.

Below are my rates for work completed.

Day Rate: $600 (10 hour day)

Additional travel rates will apply if you live outside the LA area.
